Innovative solutions of high practical relevance

Project work is the primary focus of Inno.CNT and is the foundation for the success of the initiatives. With this in mind, various projects were identified with which the overall goals of the Alliance can be effectively implemented.

In addition to three crossover technology projects, the Innovation Alliance CNT consists of 2 projects involving health, safety and quality as well as 22 application projects. These application projects focus on issues in the four superordinate fields of electronics, energy and the environment, mobility and lightweight construction. The solutions thus developed have huge market potential and offer the opportunity to infiltrate numerous other industrial sectors.

A particular strength of Inno.CNT is the linkage of basic research to practical issues in industry. With this, the initiative has created the prerequisite for rapid industrial utilization of the still new CNT materials technology.
